  • The customer automatically accepts and understands our terms and conditions by booking a service.
  • The customer should know that all fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed from being damaged by our cleaners.
  • Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Payments must be made in cash, by cheque or with a credit card right after completing the job.
  • We are not held responsible for: a) non-successful cleaning process; b) not provided materials and equipment; c) not available company cleaner
  • The client must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the service is conducted.
  • The customer is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time.
  • The client can cancel or reschedule the scheduled service by giving {the name of the company} at least a two-day notice.
  • Our company has the right to refuse any cleaning job if the property conditions are considered dangerous to the health and well-being of our operatives.
  • We are not held responsible for not completing the removal of old stains, which are impossible to be removed by using our cleaning methods and technologies.
  • We cannot tell you the actual price right after you call us. This is because we have to take the measures of your property and estimate how much it will cost. We can inform you of the concrete price right after we finish with that.
  • We have the right to decline the wanted services if we do not have an available cleaner who can deliver them to you or our schedule is already busy.
  • Any poor services that do not satisfy your needs should be reported as soon as possible. Our company will do anything possible to make you feel delighted.
  • Our company provides a replacement if the regular cleaner is sick or unavailable at the scheduled time.
  • And last but not least, you should be informed that this page is regularly updated. New information and new terms and conditions may be written. So, it is a good idea to check it from time to time not to be badly surprised at a particular moment.
